The world wide web has taken a rise, playing a part in our everyday life. Job and businesses and other people now use social sites and websites to brand themselves to a larger audience that they can not physically get too.   Now and days when applying for a job it also acceptable to use social media sites. Websites are now being used to build personal portfolio. This provides a place to further display all your work.
  
On a personal website there can be about me section, work a person has done and even ways to get in contact with them potential job candidate. Building a website has become a more efficient way to physically show things that are listed on a resume. It also is a great way to show personality. Just like on a resume you want to publish things that can potentially have you stand out from everyone else. You also want to keep it short and concise because people don’t have time to read everything 


Because social media has been taking over our life in many different forms, a person can have a business page to further reach out to their clients and still be considered as professional. Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter all offer business features to reach to promote a brand. By using these sites and connecting to a website you can show how committed you are to expanding your brand or service. Blogging sites like Blogger can also help when applying for certain jobs. By writing about relevant topics and showing versatility, it will grab the attention of more employers  

It is also very important when using social media sites to keep fresh content on the page. Outdated content can show a lack a commitment.

Building website can be quite a challenge. You have to understand where the coding needs to go in order for the site to work the right way. Using a prompt or a preset template definitely does make the job a quite faster than starting from nothing. By seeing the patterns in the coding it becomes a bit easier as you keep working on it the site. 

Sometimes finding what is wrong with a coding can be quite difficult. Some things may not always align the right way or work the way you want to. Each line in the coding has to be specifically right with no errors. Coding is a very sensitive thing and can be frustrating if it is not done right.

It also sections the coding different colors so that you are able to notice what each code is for. Dreamweaver also offer way to directly inserts photos and videos directly from the files. After working on the sites there is a preview button where you are able to see the site on web browsers like Safari or Google chrome. Once all the links to you sites work and everything is in place it is now time to publish your site!
